- Open to current Dance Arts Families and Non Dance Arts Families.
- $20 per class.

Payments can be made by credit card, cash, check or Venmo @DanceArts-Merrick (it will say James Dale and have the Dance Arts Logo). Current pricing reflects a 4% discount. If paying by credit card, discount prices are not applicable.

Monday, April 6th
7:00pm - 8:00pm: Strength and Conditioning
This is a focused, energizing class that will build strength, stability and body awareness in a supportive and fun environment.
Tuesday, April 7th
Cardio Dance / Toning:
Drop your child off at a workshop and come workout with us! This class is great mix of cardio and toning all while having fun!
9:45am - 10:45am (during Princess Workshop)
11:45am - 12:45pm (during K-Pop Workshop)
7:00pm - 8:00pm: Power Flow Yoga
This is an all level flow, geared towards building heat and strength. Vinyasa yoga links the breath with continuous movement, offering physical benefits for our health and mental well-being. Flow through the poses for balance and flexibility.
8:00pm - 9:00pm: LaBlast
A partner-free dance fitness workout created by world-renowned dancer and fitness expert Louis van Amstel. Experience the full array of dance styles from Jive to Foxtrot and Viennese Waltz to Lindy Hop all set to your favorite music.
Wednesday, April 8th
7:00pm - 8:00pm: Adult Jazz
This class is designed for all levels. No recital, just fun!
Thursday, April 9th
7:00pm - 8:00pm: BeMoved
BeMoved classes are designed to be accessible to individuals of all levels, including those who are new to dance. The program offers a wide range of dance genres, from Bollywood to Broadway, to cater to different tastes and preferences. BeMoved classes provide a way to get a full-body workout, explore different dance styles, and express oneself through music and movement while enjoying a supportive and inclusive environment.
