Parent and Me Yoga (12 months - 4yo)

  • Partner with your little one with this playful yoga class that builds social skills and encourages self expression.  
  • You and your child will strengthen your bodies and learn how to focus through breathing and relaxation techniques.
  • Thursdays @10:00am. Class is 40 min.
  • Comfortable clothing recommended.
  • Bring your own mat to share with your child.
  • Drop in, but registration required.  Two ways to register:
    • Through the portal via the Dance Arts app or click here to access/create your account. Once account is created, search 'events' tab to register.  
    • Click here to register through the events calendar.  
  • $20 per class (Cash or Venmo only @DanceArts-Merrick – it will say James Dale and have the Dance Arts logo). Pay as you go. No credit cards accepted.
  • Purchase 6 class $100 punch card ($120 value) OR 12 class $180 punch card ($240 value)
